Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Heat a small non-stick frying pan for a minute or so, then add the butter and let it melt. 
  • Pour in the eggs and fresh cream. Let it sit, without stirring, for 20 seconds.
  • Stir with a spoon until the eggs are softly set. 
  • Serve with fresh parsley.
