I love Bolognese! Here you have my version of a simple Vegetarian Bolognese Keto Recipe. I've used ingredients such as red wine, canned crushed tomatoes and cream fraiche which gives the dish a creamy texture. You have to give this vegetarian keto recipe a try!

Ingredients
- 500 g soy-based minced meat substitute
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 400 ml canned crushed tomatoes
- 400 ml water
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Butter to fry in
Instructions
- Peel the carrot and cut into small dice. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop.
- Heat up a frying-pan with butter. Add the onion, garlic and carrots and cook until the onion is soft.
- Add minced soy and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add canned crushed tomatoes, water, red wine, tomato paste, vegetable stock cube and seasonings. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add creme fraiche and let simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with a side dish of your choice and grated parmesan on top.
