- 1 cup soy yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Stevia sweetener
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp cocao nibs
- In a blender, add 1 cup soy yoghurt, 1/2 cup almond butter, 2 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia sweetener until you've reached desired sweetness. Blend until smooth.
- Serve your Plant-Based Chocolate Smoothie in a bowl together with shredded coconut, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
