Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Stevia sweetener
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cocao nibs

Instructions

  • In a blender, add 1 cup soy yoghurt, 1/2 cup almond butter, 2 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia sweetener until you've reached desired sweetness. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve your Plant-Based Chocolate Smoothie in a bowl together with shredded coconut, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
