On this page you will find my collection of keto recipes, together with information about the keto diet. I’m no expert on the topic but I’ve been following this diet and life style for 3 years now. For a diet to be sustainable I believe it has to be simple. That’s why most of my recipes takes no more than 30 minutes to cook and often contain a minimum amount of ingredients. With other words, my recipes suits most people – no matter if you like to cook or not. Personally I prefer eating vegetarian food (lacto-ovo), which means that you will find a larger collection of these kind of keto recipes on my site.
