Ingredients
- 1 kg pork but
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop the meat into smaller pieces (cubes).
- Move the cubes into a large bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients until all pieces are covered with marinade.
- Place plastic foil over the meat and store in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Place the meat on skewers. Barbecue for 6 minutes or until they have a nice color. You can also cook your souvlaki in the oven at 225 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes.
