- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- With a large spoon, "scoop" the mixture into 9 even rounds on the sheets. Top with sesame seeds.
- Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the pans and cool on a rack or cutting board.
- Serve!
