Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Beat eggs until fluffy.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • With a large spoon, "scoop" the mixture into 9 even rounds on the sheets. Top with sesame seeds. 
  • Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the pans and cool on a rack or cutting board.
  • Serve!
