Ingredients

  • 1/2 daikon radish (thinly sliced)
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  • Fry thinly sliced radish in butter until soft.
  • Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Divide all sliced radish into four small casserole dishes.
  • Pour some butter and shredded cheese over the gratins.
  • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
