- 1/2 daikon radish (thinly sliced)
- 50 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Fry thinly sliced radish in butter until soft.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
- Divide all sliced radish into four small casserole dishes.
- Pour some butter and shredded cheese over the gratins.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
