Sous Vide Beef Fillet

Cook your beef fillet to perfection using a sous-vide precision cooker. This recipe will give you a perfectly pink piece of meat. Suitable for a New Years dinner or any festive occasion.

  • 1 kg beef fillet
  • Salt and pepper


  • Slide the meat into a vacuum-seal bag. Seal the bag with a vacuum-sealer.
  • Preheat your sous-vide precision cooker to a temperature of 54 degrees. Allow the water bath to come to the right temperature before adding your meat.
  • Cook for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Remove the meat from the bag and heat a stainless steel skillet to high heat.
  • Fry the meat on each side for about 20 seconds on each side.
  • Serve!
