This recipe for a creamy tuna salad has been travelling within my family for many years - and it's one of my absolute favorites! Normally I use this salad to make the traditional Swedish dish "smörgåstårta" (sandwich cake) but these days I eat it just as it is or fill up an avocado with the salad.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp cucumber relish
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Store in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving. It will taste even better the day after so preferably you can keep it in the fridge over the night.
