Deep-fried haloumi cheese can be eaten in so many ways! Enjoy them as a snack, in tacos, in a salad or as croutons in a soup. A perfect gluten-free option!

  • 200 g halloumi cheese (sliced)
  • Oil for frying


  • Preheat the oil to cooking temperature in a skillet. 
  • Fry the sliced halloumi cheese until it's golden and crisp.
  • Remove from oil with a spider strainer to a paper towel lined sheet tray.
