This cabbage casserole works perfectly as a side dish for your steak, or as a main dish if you're following a vegetarian keto diet. Feta cheese on the side makes a perfect combo.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- Butter to fry in
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Heat up a large frying-pan with butter and add cabbage, garlic and onion. Fry until tender.
- Add fresh cream, cream cheese and sambal. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place everything in a baking dish and top cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy!
