Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Butter to fry in
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees. 
  • Heat up a large frying-pan with butter and add cabbage, garlic and onion. Fry until tender.
  • Add fresh cream, cream cheese and sambal. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Place everything in a baking dish and top cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
