Ingredients

  • 200 g halloumi cheese sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Fry the halloumi cheese and onion in a non-stick pan on medium heat. 
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Let simmer for 5 minutes. 
  • Serve with cauliflower rice and enjoy!
