Ingredients
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 1 clove garlic
- 10-15 pcs sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 1/5 cup fresh cream
- 3/4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp chicken fond
- Salt and pepper
- Butter to fry in
Instructions
- Slice the chicken mat into cubes.
- Fry in butter on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic, finely sliced sun-dried tomatoes, fond, cream and creme fraiche.
- Let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Flavor with salt and papper.
- Add the spinach and let simmer for a few more minutes.
- Serve with cauliflower rice.
