Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 egg whites
- 300 ml hot water
- 5 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide into 6 pieces and shape each into a ball.
- Flatten the ball so it's about 1 centimeter thick.
- Glaze with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bun.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes on 175 degrees.
