1/2cupsesame seeds
1tbsppsyllium husk
1tspsalt
40gbutter
1egg
Ingredients for the filling:
4eggs
3/4cupfresh cream
Salt and pepper
1headbroccoli
1red onion
200g feta cheese
1cupspinach
6cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Instructions pie crust:
Heat oven to 175°C.
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes.
Spread the dough in a springform pan and up along the sides.
Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
Instructions for the filling:
Increase oven heat to 200°C.
Chop the vegetables and feta cheese and put on top of the crust.
Mix egg, fresh cream, salt and pepper in a bowl, and pour on top of the quiche.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the pie has turned a golden color.
