A vegetarian quiche with broccoli, feta cheese, red onion, spinach and tomatoes

Ingredients
Ingredients for the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g butter
- 1 egg
Ingredients for the filling:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Instructions pie crust:
- Heat oven to 175°C.
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes.
- Spread the dough in a springform pan and up along the sides.
- Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
Instructions for the filling:
- Increase oven heat to 200°C.
- Chop the vegetables and feta cheese and put on top of the crust.
- Mix egg, fresh cream, salt and pepper in a bowl, and pour on top of the quiche.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the pie has turned a golden color.
