Vegeterian Keto Pie

A delicious Vegetarian Keto Quiche recipe. Filled with broccoli, red onion, spinach, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese.

Ingredients

Ingredients for the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 egg

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Instructions pie crust:

  • Heat oven to 175°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes.
  • Spread the dough in a springform pan and up along the sides. 
  • Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.

Instructions for the filling:

  • Increase oven heat to 200°C.
  • Chop the vegetables and feta cheese and put on top of the crust. 
    Keto Quiche
  • Mix egg, fresh cream, salt and pepper in a bowl, and pour on top of the quiche. 
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the pie has turned a golden color.
