I love Bolognese! Here you have my version of a simple Vegetarian Bolognese Keto Recipe. I've used ingredients such as red wine, canned crushed tomatoes and cream fraiche which gives the dish a creamy texture. You have to give this vegetarian keto recipe a try!

Ingredients
500gsoy-based minced meat substitute
1onion
2garlic cloves
2carrots
1/2cupred wine
400mlcanned crushed tomatoes
400mlwater
1/2cupcreme fraiche
2tbsptomato paste
1vegetable stock cube
1tbspbasil
1tbsporegano
Chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper
Butter to fry in
Instructions
Peel the carrot and cut into small dice. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop.
Heat up a frying-pan with butter. Add the onion, garlic and carrots and cook until the onion is soft.
Add minced soy and stir-fry until cooked.
Add canned crushed tomatoes, water, red wine, tomato paste, vegetable stock cube and seasonings. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add creme fraiche and let simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with a side dish of your choice and grated parmesan on top.
