Spicy Cabbage Casserole
This cabbage casserole works perfectly as a side dish for your steak, or as a main dish if you're following a vegetarian keto diet. Feta cheese on the side makes a perfect combo.

1 head cabbage chopped 1 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic Butter to fry in 1 1/2 cup fresh cream 200 g cream cheese 2 tsp sambal oelek Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Heat up a large frying-pan with butter and add cabbage, garlic and onion. Fry until tender.
Add fresh cream, cream cheese and sambal. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Place everything in a baking dish and top cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
