50gbutter
2clovesgarlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Fry thinly sliced radish in butter until soft.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
Divide all sliced radish into four small casserole dishes.
Pour some butter and shredded cheese over the gratins.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
