Fat Head Pizza Recipe
The at head pizza recipe is very popular within the keto community. It's simple to make and does not require a lot of ingredients. This is my version of the pizza. Choose any toppings of your liking and enjoy!

50 g cream cheese 200 g shredded cheese 1 egg 1/3 cup almond flour 1 tsp salt
Heat oven to 225 degrees.
Mix your shredded cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave on high heat for 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave and use a spatula to stir. Heat for another 30 seconds.
Stir in 1 egg, 1 tsp salt and 1/3 cup almond flour.
Move mixture to a baking sheet and form your pizza. You can either make 4 mini pizzas or one large.
Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and add the toppings of your liking.
Cook for another few minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
