The at head pizza recipe is very popular within the keto community. It's simple to make and does not require a lot of ingredients. This is my version of the pizza. Choose any toppings of your liking and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 50 g cream cheese
- 200 g shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 225 degrees.
- Mix your shredded cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave on high heat for 1 minute.
- Remove from the microwave and use a spatula to stir. Heat for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in 1 egg, 1 tsp salt and 1/3 cup almond flour.
- Move mixture to a baking sheet and form your pizza. You can either make 4 mini pizzas or one large.
- Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and add the toppings of your liking.
- Cook for another few minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
