  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Heat oven to 225 degrees.
  • Mix your shredded cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave on high heat for 1 minute.
  • Remove from the microwave and use a spatula to stir. Heat for another 30 seconds.
  • Stir in 1 egg, 1 tsp salt and 1/3 cup almond flour.
  • Move mixture to a baking sheet and form your pizza. You can either make 4 mini pizzas or one large.
  • Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from the oven and add the toppings of your liking.
  • Cook for another few minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
