Dairy free vegetable smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cucumber

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth. 
  • Add more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  •  Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
