Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1/4 cucumber
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth.
- Add more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
