Finely chop onion, garlic and chicken. Divide one head of cauliflower into smaller florets.
Heat up a frying-pan with butter to medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, chicken and cauliflower. Fry until the onion is translucent.
Add 1/2 cup of water, 1 chicken stock cube and 2 tsp sambal oelek. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked fully through.
Add 1 cup of fresh cream, 1/2 cup of creme fraiche, 1 chopped bell pepper and 1/2 pot of finely chopped fresh basil.
Bring to a boil and let simmer until the sauce has thickened enough.
