Creamy Tuna Salad Keto

This recipe for a creamy tuna salad has been travelling within my family for many years - and it's one of my absolute favorites! Normally I use this salad to make the traditional Swedish dish "smörgåstårta" (sandwich cake) but these days I eat it just as it is or fill up an avocado with the salad.

  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp cucumber relish


  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Store in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving. It will taste even better the day after so preferably you can keep it in the fridge over the night. 


If you use this tuna salad recipe to make a sandwich cake you will need to double all the ingredients in the recipe!
