This Chocolate Chia Pudding takes the traditional Vegan Keto Breakfast to a completely new level! With the right toppings this makes a perfect treat. With some whipped coconut cream this could even be an excellent dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk/cream
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp stevia sweetener

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl with a fork.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours, but preferably over night.
