This Plant-Based Chocolate Smoothie is made with soy yoghurt, almond milk and sugar free chocolate. One serving only contains 3 net carbs, which makes it a great alternative for Vegan Keto. In a blender, add 1 cup soy yoghurt, 1/2 cup almond butter, 2 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia sweetener until you've reached desired sweetness. Blend until smooth.
Serve your Plant-Based Chocolate Smoothie in a bowl together with shredded coconut, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
