Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut milk/cream
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a blender, whirl all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with toppings of your liking. I used shredded coconut, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
If the blueberries are too sour you can add 1 tsp of stevia sweetener.
