Keto vegan smoothie with just three ingredients

This is a simple recipe for a vegan keto smoothie with just three ingredients! You can change the berries to any of your liking but in this recipe I used blueberries. Give it a try!

  • 400 ml coconut milk/cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • In a blender, whirl all ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve with toppings of your liking. I used shredded coconut, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
If the blueberries are too sour you can add 1 tsp of stevia sweetener.
