- 1 kg minced beef
- 1 1/2 onion
- 3/4 cup fresh cream
- 2 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls in your desired size.
- Move to a tray covered with baking paper.
- Cook on 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet heat butter. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side.
