Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cup fresh cream
  • 2 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls in your desired size.
  • Move to a tray covered with baking paper. 
  • Cook on 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • In a large skillet heat butter. Add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side.
