This raspberry smoothie recipe will give you two servings of this sweet breakfast that taste like summer. You can replace the raspberries with blueberries or strawberries if you’d prefer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup Russian yoghurt (17% fat)
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp stevia sweetener

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  •  Serve with whipped cream on the top.
