Mango dressing

This mango salad dressing recipe is so fruity and delicious! I normally don’t eat fruit but once or twice a year I make an exception. Mango is a good option since it only contains 15 g carbs per 100 g.

  • 100 g frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chicken fond
  • 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar


  • Put the mango in a blender and run until smooth.
  • Pour into a small sauce pan together with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes while stirring. 
  • Serve with a salad.
