Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cups full fat cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and fry on medium heat. 
  • I served mine with whipped cream and strawberry chia jam.
