An extremely common question I get from my followers is which groceries I always have at home. So, therefore I thought I would complete a grocery list for vegetarian keto! Hopefully this can be helpful for all the beginners at keto who read my blog. If you are new to keto and don’t know what you should buy in the grocery store you can use this grocery list as inspiration.
But, keep in mind that the groceries on my grocery list are things I personally need to have at home. I only buy those vegetables that I personally like, and I don’t buy those that I don’t like (obviously). But as a beginner at keto this list can hopefully be helpful and give you some kind of idea of basic keto groceries.

- Cucumber

- Strained tomatoes (I use the ones from Mutti Pomodoro which doesn’t contain additives or sugar)

- Seasonings (avoid those that contain sugar)
- Gluten free soy sauce
- Almond flour
