Gräddsås Recept LCHF

Nothing beats a traditional home cooked meal! In Sweden it is very common to serve a gravy together with a Sunday roast or meatballs. Give this low carb recipe a try!


Course Side Dish
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 portions


  • 1 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp veal fond
  • 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • Pour all ingredients into a small pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
