Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3/4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp vegetable fond
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp tumeric
- Salt and pepper
- Shirataki noodles
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables.
- Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat.
- Add all the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients except for the shirataki noodles and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Once the stew is finished you add the noodles and just mix together.
- Serve!
