Ingredients
- 3 carrots (spiralized)
- 4 large mushrooms
- 100 g halloumi cheese sliced
- 3/5 cup fresh cream
- Spinach
- 1 cube vegetable stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Butter to fry in
Instructions
- Fry the mushrooms and halloumi together with the garlic.
- Add fresh cream and vegetable fond. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the spiralized carrot for about 3 minutes.
- Add the carrots to your pasta sauce.
- Add spinach and cherry tomatoes and stir.
- Serve!
